Walnut Ridge Log Cabin Rates

Walnut Ridge Log Cabin Rates: $155/night: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and $130/night: Monday - Thursday. Our Rates are based on single and double occupancy only. State lodging tax of 5.5% not included. A two night minimum is required on holidays and weekends.

Walnut Ridge Log Cabin Policies

Payment: VISA, MC, Cash, or Personal Check.

Check-in & Check-out: : Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out time is by 11am. Requests for late check-outs cannot be accommodated because of the time needed to prepare the cabin for the next guests.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available in $50 increments from $50 to $1000

Reservation & Deposit Policy: Reservations are required and will be secured with a credit card or check for the full amount of the first night lodging. If deposit is by check, payment must be received within 5 days of the date the reservation is made to secure your stay. A $25 service fee will apply to cancellations.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Since many of the reservations made at Walnut Ridge are for special occasions, (for example weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries) and are planned far in advance, cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the reserved date will be handled as follows: If we are able to resecure the cabin, a refund of deposit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate (non-transferable) valid for a one year period. If a cancellation occurs using this gift certificate, a new gift certificate will not be reissued. If we are not able to resecure the cabin, no refund of deposit will be issued, plus a $25 cancellation fee will be charged for each additional night not covered by the deposit.

Winter Storm Policy: In the event of a severe winter storm, it may be permissible to cancel a reservation as determined by Walnut Ridge innkeepers. A non-transferable gift certificate will be issued and may be used at your convenience subject to availability, expiring 1 year from date of issue.

Sorry, no pets: There are no pets at Walnut Ridge Log Cabin Bed and Breakfast.
Adults only: If any pets or children are brought in, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Non-smoking atmosphere: If you must smoke, you may do so on the porch. Please ask the
innkeepers for an ash tray. A cleaning fee of $100 will result if in violation of this policy.
